CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Cancellation to be effected in writing 14 days or more prior to arrival date, refund of deposit will only be done it the unit is booked for the same period, in respect of cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival date, no refund.
In the event of No-Show and peak season cancellations, no refund.
50% of total accommodation cost to be paid as deposit within 48 hours after making the booking, the balance is to be paid 2 days before arrival. For peak season balance is to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival
A booking is not confirmed unless you have paid the required deposit and a confirmation letter was received.
Keys will only be handed over once the full amount agreed upon is paid and proof of payment received.
Should, for reasons beyond our control, the premises you booked no longer be available we will do our best to offer you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or offer a full refund.
No cheque deposits will be accepted
Refundable key/breakage/noise deposit will be refunded 3 days after your departure. Please provide us with your banking details on departure.
EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE
R 150.00 for a cleaning service.
R 150.00 for a night watch.
Bookings for these services must be booked and paid at least 7 days before your arrival.

Provide your own towels, toiletries,consumables such as cloths, bin bags and first aid kits, linen is provide but should you require extra please provide your own.
DSTV with selected channels available at all properties
Beds at Sea specify the maximum number of persons which may occupy a particular property (regardless of age), occupation to the unit will not be granted if you are more that the party size reflected on your booking confirmation.
Please consider that you are staying in a residential area , no noise after 10pm and no music to be played from vehicles
Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool.
Property must be left in similar condition as found.
No pets allowed
If it is found that you are not adhering to above rules you will be requested to vacate the property with immediate effect with no refund.
Beds at Sea will not be held responsible for problems experienced during your stay with regards to water & electricity outages as UGU & Eskom outages are beyond our control. We have installed back up Jojo Tanks with pumps at the following properties for your convenience if water issues do arise during your stay : Shirley House, Dees House, Hanky Dory House, Uvongo House. PLEASE ALWAYS USE WATER SPARINGLY
